POLICY AND INFO

We try to ship within 36 hours of order excluding weekends and holidays or we will notify you of delays. Let us know if you need rush shipping. All orders are shipped USPS to U.S.A. Canada or International orders are shipped USPS please email us if you have questions. Warranty is for 1 year, we will replace any product that has any defect in workmanship and materials. If you need warranty information or have any questions please email or contact us.

You must call and inform us of any issues within 14 days of delivery of your merchandise.

After 14 days of delivery, all sales are final.

We will try and keep you happy, let us know if you have problems.

If exchanging or returning: products, they must be returned in the NEW condition with the original boxes, all original materials, and instructions manuals.

Products returned damaged or in unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.

All returned, non-defective merchandise can carry up to restocking fee of 20%.

All Shipping Charges are not refundable.

An RMA # is required for any shipment back to us. Packages with no RMA will NOT be held for any reason.

If you received the wrong merchandise please call us within 14 days from when you receive it, we will issue an RMA # as well as a return postage label. We will then ship the correct merchandise out when the wrong products have been received back at our location.

DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO ANY LED
All of the Super Bright LEDs that we sell should not be looked at directly. These LED products can cause damage to your eyes if looked at directly. Always use caution when viewing LED products of any kind they are extremely bright !

We are not responsible for user negligence or misuse or damaged caused from the use of RadLites. Please check local laws for any highway use. Please be careful when routing wires to protect wires from damage always use fused circuits. We are not responsible for any damage from the use of RadLites products beyond repair or replacement of the product during the warranty period. Please be careful when ordering to give your proper address. Please give us correct information when ordering.
